We loved our stay! The place was fantastic! Very comfortable apartment, equipped with everything we needed and in a great location. A few steps away from Dubai Mall and from the balcony you have the Burj Khalifa view! Perfect place to stay in Dubai. The hosts communicated everything we needed  to know beforehand. Very quick to respond as well. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

There’s no need to doubt this place, the views were amazing, the host stayed in constant communication with us they even checked to on us to see how the stay was going. The location is fantastic, it’s literally right above the Dubai Mall and central to a lot of attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!!

This was the best place we could’ve chosen to stay for our family trip to Dubai. The condo was beautiful in all aspects + had breathtaking views of Burj Kalifa & fountains, but what stood out the most for my family was it’s location. Having direct access to the Mall + grocery store, made it a 5 star experience. The management team did an exceptional job with communication + answering all our questions, and were very helpful! It’s a no brainer to pick this place to stay when visiting Dubai!

Spacious apartment with a magnificent view.

The place is phenomenal. I stayed with my family and really enjoyed this “home” with the fantastic view from the balcony. Walkway to the mall, burj and grocery store etc. 5 stars for all this. Host maneesh was very responsive and also provided help with holding our luggage for few hrs. Caitlyn was responsive on air b n b texts after booking but unfortunately an additional night here due to unexpected flight changes did not workout (maybe due to time difference between me and the host) which lead to my booking a separate place for few hrs. The team did try to assist but with a larger than need place. I only wish there were clearer address directions to find the apartment as we spent significant time in Uber trying to find the exact apartment complex.

We had a fantastic time! Not only is the location perfect and accessible, the management team went out of their way to ensure that our stay was great and stress-free. Management was also incredibly responsive to all of our questions and helped us with requests.  Would definitely stay again!

This is exactly like the airbnb photo it’s even more perfect than it , check in and check out is so easy you feel that you are at your home . the place is super clean and comfortable and cozy , the view is stunning and breathtaking . It was an amazing location and the view was the best view of dubai ! Just an incredible sight , access to dubai mall was impressive and i just wished we stayed longer ! Harish was very kind, professional and helpful ! The place was very classy and clean , My only issue was the room that had the twin beds as they were extremely small and not what we expected and unfourtunalty not fit for a large adult to sleep in. It is a very beautiful located apartment, clean and new. We found it very nice and great located, minutes from the mall.

The place was exactly as advertised. It is right across from the Dubai Mall with an easy access indoor bridge across. Whenever we had questions (regarding the washing machine, where the blow dryer was kept), they were extremely responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place. It was clean and spacious. The tiny room with the small bunk beds has a small bathroom attached as well.

Wow! Do not hesitate - you NEED to book this place for your trip to Dubai! The views can’t be beat. The place is spacious with room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. And the VIEW - incredible. Just amazing. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They even set up a crib for our toddler. When we had a small maintenance issue, they were communicative. I love that this place is connected to the Dubai Mall. It was perfect for our needs. We will book again!

The space was great, quiet, clean, tidy, and coordinated as it wasn't the first time to book and deal with the host was excellent and the housing facilities were as advertised and how much I wished to stay longer . But in a note : I was hoping to have a TV in each room knowing that we have members of a big family and they need to use it . In the end, we had a wonderful time with a beautiful view.

This is a stunning apartment in an enviable location.  The views of the Burj Khalifa and the neighbourhood from the balconies are breathtaking.  The apartment is extremely spacious with very comfortable beds and amazing showers.  It has underground parking (for two cars), and the tower is linked to both the metro and the Dubai mall via air conditioned walkway.  There are also a leisure facilities (gym, pool etc) too.  The host is extremely accessible.  Not just one person but a whole team available 24 hours a day.  Overall, this is an incredible place to stay for a vacation in Dubai.

The best place I’ve to ever!! This my first visit to Dubai and won’t be the last because of the experience this place gave me!! Everything is nice and clean and goor quality and it’s place is very good and everything u ever need is beside the place ( groceries, Mall..etc ) and the hosts were polite and friendly and helpful a lot!!! The unit is simply amazing! The view of Burj khalifa from the unit is spectacular! 15mins walk to Dubai mall via the connected bridge. There’s a 24/7 convenience store (Geant) just outside the lobby area which is super nice! Check in/ check out was smooth and flexible. An amazing apartment with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa, you can also see the Dubai Fountains from the balcony and it is definitely worth the money! You have a direct path to the Dubai Mall. Interior is beautifully authentic. The apartment and the house itself is very modern! We were one I definitely recommend this apartment to future guests as it also includes a pool for swimming and a 3-story gym for training!  We will definitely be back

This was a great place to stay. It was smaller than expected but it did the job for 6 people. Perfect location with an incredible view, especially at night. Hosts were proactive and very responsive. Only downside that it had an odd smell during some of the evenings, but the hosts said they would take prompt action if it continued daily. It didn’t, so we didn’t bring it up again. Regardless, I would stay here again because it was next to everything you wanted to see, great restaurants, nice living space—clean, quiet, beautiful—and hosts were great!

The accommodation was beautiful, the view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain was very great, the services were excellent and finally, we had a problem in the apartment there was a bad smell in one of the bedrooms.

Great place and it matched the photos! The view was amazing and we have more than one balcony! Place was very clean and put together. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Location was amazing as well..a grocery store just two minutes away walking distance. Also, this building has a tunnel that connects to the Dubai mall. If you’re trying to walk but to avoid the heat. So many restaurants on that street as well! Our host was very proactive and helpful. He was clear with instructions and helpful with our stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Magnificent. Manish was our host and was responsive and extremely helpful and 100% clear from the moment we booked the apartment through to the time we left. Everything is perfect, the location, the stay and all.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in mid January 2023. I must say this is one of the best holiday apartments that I have stayed so far. The Burj Khalifa view from every rooms is spectacular. No matter how late, we did shopping at Dubai Mall and returned to the apartment using private AC footbridge. There is a 24/7 departmental store just outside of the apartment from where we bought all the necessary supplies. The host is very helpful and responsive. If I visit Dubai again, I will try to get the same accommodation if available. Thank you Magnificent for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

The most luxurious home with magnificent views that we can imagine. Property is very well maintained and surpassed all our expectations. We including the kids loved spending time at home. The house has very nice views of Burjkalifa and the fountain. The hosts were very friendly and actively responded to my inquiries. We relaxed with our family in the spacious accommodation, and it was very convenient to have a 24-hour supermarket nearby. However, it was somewhat inconvenient that there was no luggage storage after check-out.

Very spacious new apartments. With a beautiful view from a height of 52 floors. This is one of the best options I’ve seen in downtown. You can take the elevator to the dubai mall. The service is the same as in a 5-star premium hotel. If they are free, book, you won’t regret it.

The place was beautiful, very clean and with all the basic amenities. The location is just excellent. The Dubai mall is next to the building and there is a bridge connecting the same. You don’t need to step out and take a cab to see Burj khalifa or water fountain as well. Loads of restaurants at walking distance. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Beautiful  view from the glass windows from all the bedrooms. One can see the water fountain right from the balcony.  We were a family of six with enough space and highly recommend the house.

We had a terrific stay! The space was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and spacious. My three companions and I were delighted to each have our own room. The best part of it all were the amazing views from the apartment's balcony and bedrooms of the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai fountain show and the downtown skyline. The views from the apartment were incredible. Seeing the Burj Khalifa lights sparkle from our balcony and rooms made every night special for us in Dubai. Additionally, you have inside access to the Dubai Mall from the apartment building so visiting the mall was so easy and convienent. The amenities were also superb! You have access to a pool, gym, and a multipurpose room. The hosts were very attentative and provided quick responses to our needs. Every member of our group enjoyed the stay. This place was amazing. It is close to the dubai mall (5min away to Hermes by a lime scooter). Very clean, cozy and fancy. Having nice view and many useful facilities. I felt like the staffs were always  with us to help. We stayed in this place for 6 days and this place completed our travel in Dubai. I will stay here next time for sure.

the airbnb is very good!  You her a very big living room with very nice furniture and the balcony is very big. The view at night is awesome - every evening it was beautiful. Besides that the sleeping rooms where also very comfortable - the AC wasn’t to cold and it run very quit in the background.

The view from the 34th floor apartment was breathtaking ! We couldn’t get enough of it, located in the heart of downtown. Dubai mall and the nice restaurants was walking distance and so convenient when we travel with our 2 small kids. They were entertained all the time and so many options at Dubai mall. VIP Cinema downstairs and 24hours supermarket with delivery option downstairs was great! Not to mention the building has a beautiful Infiniti pool facing Burg Khalifa and downtown! We got offered daily cleaning and towels change for an extra fee which made it all easy and clean :) It was a great stay and we will be back soon 👌🏽
